Elden Ring Items: 19 Secret Pickups That Players Often Miss
« : I dag kl. 03:02:48 »

If you’ve spent any time wandering across the Lands Between, you already know how easy it is to miss things. Elden Ring loves hiding powerful gear behind cliffs, corners, rooftops, and random enemies that look completely harmless until they punch you off a ledge. After talking with friends and double-checking my own playthroughs, I’ve rounded up 19 items that players often overlook but are absolutely worth grabbing.

These aren’t meant to be ultra-obscure lore collectibles. They’re practical, useful pieces of loot that genuinely help with survival, damage, mobility, or just making your build feel smoother.

1. Green Turtle Talisman

Found in Summonwater Village, this stamina regen boost is one of those items you grab early and then forget to replace because it’s just that comfy. Great for melee players who roll too much.

2. Viridian Amber Medallion

If you like a quick-paced playstyle, this medallion helps even more with stamina. It’s tucked away in the Weeping Peninsula and super easy to run past.

3. Spelldrake Talisman

Magic hurts in this game. This talisman gives a solid boost to magic defense and can make early mage fights way less painful.

4. Highland Axe

A small church near the starting area hides this underrated weapon. It comes with a passive bonus to War Cry skills, which is fun if you enjoy buff-heavy builds.

5. Arsenal Charm

If you love heavy armor but hate the fat-roll, this charm gives you extra equip load. Most players forget it exists once they reach Stormveil.

6. Blue Dancer Charm

A great pick for lightweight, high-skill builds. It boosts attack power when you’re wearing almost nothing. Perfect for players who like living dangerously.

7. Stonesword Keys Near Stormveil

Everyone knows Stonesword Keys matter, but the early ones hiding in the cliffs leading up to Stormveil are shockingly easy to miss. Grab them so you can open more Imp-sealed doors later.

8. Royal House Scroll

This spell scroll gives early Intelligence builds a tiny push forward. Many players run right past it because the enemies nearby are annoying.

9. Greatshield Soldier Ashes

These ashes are amazing for tanky summons and can carry you through boss fights you’re not ready for. They’re tucked away behind a hidden doorway in Nokron.

10. Blessed Dew Talisman

This talisman slowly restores HP over time. It’s not huge, but it saves flasks. Great for long runs through dangerous zones.

11. Ancestral Infant’s Head

A strange but surprisingly strong Spirit Spray item. Easy to miss in Siofra River since the area is huge and confusing.

12. Miséricorde

This dagger has one of the highest crit modifiers in the game. Perfect for anyone who loves guard-breaking enemies. Many players don’t notice it sitting in Stormveil Castle.

13. Seluvis’s Potion

Not exactly a “power item,” but players often forget how many questlines this impacts. Keeping it instead of instantly using it opens more options.

14. Radagon’s Soreseal

This one boosts major stats at the cost of taking more damage. Hidden in Fort Faroth, and many players grab it much later than they could have.

15. A Pile of Runes in Caria Manor

Caria Manor is practically a goldmine if you sweep every room. If you’re trying to level quickly without taking on too many late-game areas, these spots help a lot. Some players even look up ways to buy elden ring runes when they miss these natural farming places scattered around the game, but you can get plenty just by clearing this zone carefully.

16. Erdtree’s Favor

A classic ring-style item. Boosts HP, stamina, and equip load. Hidden in a tough early mini-dungeon, and many new players don’t realize they can get it so soon.

17. Blue-Feathered Branchsword

Gets stronger when you’re low on HP. If you enjoy clutch moments, this thing is a blast. Found in a graveyard many players ignore.

18. Missionary’s Cookbook

Crafting is easy to forget in Elden Ring, but certain cookbooks massively expand what you can do. This one adds useful defensive items. Simple but important.

19. Minor Rune Caches in Caelid

People often rush to leave Caelid as fast as possible, so they overlook several little rune pickups scattered across cliffs and burnt villages. These elden ring runes help smooth out level gaps early if you grab everything while exploring.

A Small Note on Missed Value

A lot of players end up checking trading sites like U4GM or fan discussions because they feel underleveled or underpowered. But honestly, the game hides so many helpful items that you can catch up naturally just by scooping up these overlooked treasures.

The Lands Between is huge, and missing stuff is part of the charm. If you’re planning a second or third playthrough, keeping an eye out for these 19 secret pickups can make the journey feel fresh again. Plus, discovering something you completely missed before is one of the best feelings in Elden Ring.
